Job summary

Virtuagym is seeking a full-time Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager (post-sale) to remotely manage a mid-market portfolio in Spain & Iberia. You will onboard, train, and expand customers, driving adoption and retention while collaborating with global teams across product, sales, and support.

You will work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with opportunities for growth in the fitness tech space, serving customers across multiple locations and possibly beyond Iberia.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish or full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a portfolio of customers.
• SaaS environment experience.
• Ability to position as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with product, sales, support, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, training and implementation for mid-market accounts across locations.
• Develop relationships with a portfolio of fitness businesses focusing on Iberia.
• Guide customers to maximize value and drive adoption, retention and growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn through proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and deliver value.
