Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (German-speaking) to join our remote team from Spain. You will handle diverse customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining product knowledge across client platforms.

Requirements include German and English language skills, customer-service experience, and the ability to take ownership of issues to resolution. Training and career development are provided.

Formación

• Fluent or proficient in German plus advanced English.
• Experience in customer service or support environments.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls (phone, email, chat) and resolve requests.
• Handle calls from boutiques and shops and resolve demands.
• Log call details in the management system and respond within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications relevant to each customer.
