Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant for our Sofia office in Bulgaria. The role focuses on supporting partners with cutting-edge consumer electronics, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and building strong technical relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across firmware, docs, and support while relocating to Bulgaria.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required.
• English proficiency to collaborate with an international team.
• EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners on consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure optimal device performance.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address firmware and documentation challenges.
• Provide guidance on implementation and maintenance of new technology.
