HP Spain is seeking a Medium Business Inside Sales Manager (German speaking) to lead a 10–15 person inside sales team, developing end-to-end account strategies for medium business customers and driving engagement with channel partners. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring quota attainment across a hybrid work model.

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of 10-15 iAEs, coaching and developing members.
• Develop targeted business plans and allocate resources to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain and analyze pipeline; hunt new logos within low or no SOW accounts.
• Develop budget plans and manage resource allocation based on market trends.
• Retain customers while pursuing upsell/cross-sell opportunities (PC++).
• Build relationships with channel teams to enable alliance for implementation.
• Coordinate with customer support for seamless experience.
• Recruit, onboard and train inside sales resources.
• Evaluate and guide employee performance; manage results.
• Define and track KPIs to measure team success.
