HP in Spain seeks a German-speaking Inside Sales Consultant to drive growth across multiple business areas. You will partner with account teams, identify opportunities, and position HP solutions that address customer needs.

This role emphasizes relationship building, market insights, and accurate CRM hygiene. The ideal candidate has German fluency, strong English, and experience in technology sales or business development within a matrix environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT or related field.
• Fluent German and good command of English.
• Experience in technology sales, inside sales or business development.
• Experience managing opportunities in a matrix sales environment.
• Experience selling hardware, software, or managed solutions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute solution-specific sales strategies aligned with account plans.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for the specialty area.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design customer solutions.
• Present value propositions and conduct customer workshops and reviews.
• Lead specialist portions of complex sales cycles and support negotiations.
