HP in CT, ES is seeking a Medium Business Inside Sales Manager who will lead a team of 10–15 iAEs, develop end-to-end account strategies, and drive sales engagement for medium business accounts, directly or via channel partners.

The role focuses on coaching, achieving quotas, expanding the customer base, and nurturing relationships with customers and partners in a global HP environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in job-related sales roles or 8–10 years in sales management.
• Fluency in German and good command of English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 10–15 iAEs to drive sales effectiveness.
• Develop targeted business plans to hit sales and margin goals.
• Manage pipeline and hunt new logos within low/no SOW accounts.
• Allocate resources based on market trends and forecasts.
• Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with PC++ products.
