Qualifications

• Native or fluent German and good English
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
• Experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
• Present products and solutions, understanding client needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing
• Dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to grow the DACH market
