Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. You’ll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

This role blends sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop a proactive outbound cadence, perform deep discovery using MEDDPICC, and deliver live demos that map Elastic’s

Formación

• Proven SaaS quota-carrying success: 3+ years closing deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
• Discovery & qualification skills: Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Compelling value storytelling: Demos linking product capabilities to quantified outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery to uncover pain, impact, budget, and criteria.
• Deliver tailored demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to develop close plans and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Lead negotiations and closing discussions for multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures.
• Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
