Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. You’ll own a pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

To excel as an IAE, blend technical curiosity with value-based selling, presenting demos that map Elastic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes and negotiating multi-year commitments.

Formación

• 3+ years SaaS quota-carrying sales success in consumption-based models.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent discovery frameworks.
• Deliver value storytelling with product demos and quantifiable business impact.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Collaborative and coachable with internal teams.
• Open Source interest or OSS context is a bonus.
• Native French and fluent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined territory and build a pipeline through outbound outreach.
• Perform deep discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos of Elastic's platform.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Lead negotiations and land multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak to cloud economics and usage-based pricing in context.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
