Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Inside Account Executive to drive new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. You will own your pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a usage-based model.

You’ll combine strong discovery, MEDDPICC framework usage, and value storytelling to map Elastic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes, collaborating with Solutions Architects and Success teams to accelerate deals.

Formación

• 3+ years SaaS quota-carrying success.
• Discovery & qualification using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Compelling value storytellers who map product to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage territory pipeline with proactive outbound cadences.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to uncover pain, impact, budget and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos showing Elastic Dark capabilities mapped to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and keep CRM up-to-date.
• Lead contract and pricing discussions, defending value and securing multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
