Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. You will own your pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will build pipelines, perform deep discovery, deliver tailored demos, and align Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security capabilities with measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years closing SaaS deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive focused pipeline.
• Track record of delivering presentations and live demos that map product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills and closing discipline.
• Collaborative and coachable; aligns with Elastic values and open source ethos.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory pipeline building through outbound cadence (email, calls, social).
• Conduct discovery to uncover pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos across Elastic's capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Lead contract and pricing discussions to secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures to position Elastic.
