Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Inside Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder, consumption-based deals. You will leverage MEDDPICC, run discovery, craft value-led narratives, and deliver live demos showing Elastic's Search, Observability, and Security capabilities.

Collaboration with Solutions Architects and RevOps is essential. Fluency in English and French, plus 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales, are required; OSS experience

Formación

• Proven SaaS quota‑carrying success: 3+ years closing deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
• Discovery & qualification skills: Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive focused pipeline.
• Compelling value storytellers: Track record of delivering presentations and demos that tie product capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Well honed negotiation skills.
• Collaborative mindset & coach-ability: a learner who partners with internal teams and embodies Elastic’s values.
• Open Source passion: OSS context or advocacy is a plus.
• Native language skills in French and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline for your territory with a proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social).
• Deep discovery & qualification to uncover pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria.
• Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and keep CRM up-to-date.
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions and secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Position Elastic as the Search AI platform by discussing cloud economics and usage-based pricing.
• Work hand-in-glove with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
