Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. Build your pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will perform proactive outbound outreach, conduct deep discovery with MEDDPICC, deliver tailored value narratives and live demos, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and

Formación

• 3+ years closing SaaS deals in a consumption or usage-based model.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to tie product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Collaborative and coachable with Elastic values and OSS interest.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory, build pipeline and outbound cadence (email, call, social).
• Perform deep discovery to uncover pain, budget and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Develop mutual close plans and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
• Lead pricing discussions and land multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and data architectures.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps.
