Elastic is seeking an Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a defined territory. You will own your pipeline, conduct discovery, and tell the Elastic Search AI story with live demos.

This role emphasizes value-based selling across Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security platforms. You’ll engage in high-stakes negotiations, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and forecast with discipline.

Formación

• 3+ years of SaaS quota-carrying selling experience.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Strong value storytelling with demos.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Collaborative and coachable; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Native Arabic and French; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage territory pipeline with proactive outbound activities.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to uncover pain, impact, budget, and criteria.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos connecting Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Lead negotiations and closing with multi-year consumption commitments.
• Demonstrate domain and cloud acumen to position Elastic effectively.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
