Formación

• German proficiency at C1/C2 (speaking, reading, writing).
• English at B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound calls and channels.
• Analyze and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Assist with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining satisfaction.
