Next Job Abroad is seeking Customer Support Consultants to assist users of digital apps, wallets, and streaming services. German fluency and solid English are required, with a friendly, patient approach for non-technical troubleshooting. You will support users via chat, email, and phone in a sociable, team-oriented environment.

The role includes a 10:00–19:00 schedule, Monday to Friday. You must be willing to relocate abroad, with 21 days of hotel accommodation on arrival and four weeks of paid

Formación

• Fluency in German and solid professional English skills.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience with customer support or helpdesks.
• Able to perform non-technical troubleshooting.
• Comfort with live chats, emails, and phone tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users via chat, email, and phone with non-technical issues.
• Unblock accounts, fix subscription issues, manage digital wallets.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented approach.
• Follow shift schedule 10:00–19:00, Mon-Fri.
