Cross Border Talents is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors in a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound calls, analyze inquiries, and assist with product and billing topics while updating records and identifying sales opportunities.

Formación

• German proficiency at C1/C2 (speaking, reading, writing).
• English at B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Update customer information in internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
• English: B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Bulgaria.
