Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking sales professional to join our international team as a German Billing & Sales Service Agent. You will combine billing support with customer service and sales opportunities, earning commission and bonuses based on performance.

Requirements include fluent German (C1-C2) and good English, strong communication, and prior sales or customer service experience. Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria is supported, with hybrid options after four months.

About the Role

Are you a German speaker with strong English skills and a passion for sales? Join our international team as a German Billing & Sales Service Agent, where you'll combine customer service and billing support with exciting sales opportunities and unlimited earning potential.

This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who enjoy communicating with customers, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into sales.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Bulgaria and able to work in Sofia, that's mandatory.

Salary & Unlimited Sales Potential

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn €1,000+ extra per month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus: €500 after training + €500 after 6 months

There is no cap on your sales bonus, meaning your earning potential grows with your performance. If you're competitive, target-driven, and motivated by results, this is an opportunity to significantly increase your monthly income.

Language Requirements

• German: Fluent / C1-C2 level
• English: Good working proficiency is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve targets
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

Relocation Package

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
• 8 hours per day
