Job summary

Virtuagym is hiring a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH and International markets, based in Spain. You will support German- and English-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships within our diverse client base.

This is a remote role from Spain supporting global teams. Prior SaaS CS experience is preferred, but a fast learner with a strong problem-solving mindset will thrive in our high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (native or near-native) and good English skills.
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• SaaS/software CS experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer issues via email and phone.
• Deliver excellent customer support ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships to improve retention and loyalty.
• Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate situations.
• Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements through feedback.
