Virtuagym in Bilbao, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH and International markets. You will deliver outstanding German and English support, build relationships, and drive customer success for our global client base in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This full-time, on-site-to-remote role offers the chance to grow within a high-performing team, with remote-friendly policies and a pathway to impact health and happiness through our product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native level) and good written and verbal skills in English.
• Experience in SaaS/customer success is preferred (not a call center role).

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve product and customer issues via email and phone.
• Deliver proactive and responsive customer support to German- and English-speaking customers.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Escalate and communicate feedback to product teams to reduce churn.
• Assist with onboarding and professional services tasks as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements within the CS team.
