Job summary

Virtuagym is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Spain to support the DACH and international markets. You will deliver exceptional service mainly to German-speaking customers, guiding their journey toward long-term satisfaction and success.

In a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will resolve issues with the product team, handle email and phone support, build relationships, address churn risks, and contribute to process improvements. German near-native and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• German proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Prior experience in SaaS/customer support is preferred.
• 0–2 years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide email and phone support to customers.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues with the product team.
• Build and maintain relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Address churn risks and payment-related queries.
