Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering)
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience evaluating complex architectures and security vulnerabilities
• Proven experience leveraging AI to improve decision-making and workflows

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations
• Run POVs with success criteria to show value of the platform
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and requirements
• Provide training on CrowdStrike technology and messaging
• Be the primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
