Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the technical message of CrowdStrike as needed.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria for platform value.
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques against CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Provide informal training on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as primary contact for customers requiring Support-driven assistance.
