Job summary

Webfleet is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (German Speaker) for our Barcelona office. You will join a dynamic team and help customers with technical and administrative issues across the DACH and Nordics regions, keeping the customer at heart.

You will provide product information via phone and email, update Salesforce CRM, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver complete, accurate responses while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Some remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer support role.
• Impeccable written and verbal German; fluent English (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and technical and administration support through multiple channels (phone and email).
• Provide customers with a personalized experience, effectively solving their issues and inquiries, whilst keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Proactively manage customer expectations.
• Constantly update our CRM system (Salesforce) with all relevant information collected during customer service activities.
• Liaise with peers as well as cross-departmentally to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers for the customers.
