This on-site, full-time role offers a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus a €5,175 on-target bonus, with relocation assistance, private health insurance, and ongoing training to develop your commercial and negotiation skills while serving

Qualifications

• German C1 and English B2 required.
• 2–3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calls.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via calls, email campaigns, social selling, and inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess business needs and propose AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from qualification to close.
• Meet individual sales targets and track progress in CRM.
