Job summary
CB Talents is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our GenAI Ads Solutions team in Barcelona. You will identify and acquire new business clients, promoting AI-powered advertising solutions and driving sales growth through consultative selling.
You will build pipelines, manage full sales cycles, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
- German C1 and English B2.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients through cold calling, emails and social selling.
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities.
- Understand clients' digital marketing needs and recommend AI advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with onboarding teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
