Job summary

Wise Insight in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and close new clients for GenAI Ads Solutions. You will drive outbound and inbound prospecting, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with onboarding and customer-success teams.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, strong digital marketing knowledge, and 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development. A revenue-driven mindset and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• German C1 and English B2 level required.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, ads ecosystem.
• Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Self-prospecting capabilities.
• Revenue/target-driven mindset.
• Experience managing or using databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
