Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join our international team in Barcelona, supporting one of the world’s leading AI companies. You will drive new business through inbound and outbound activities, identify potential clients, and present AI-powered advertising solutions.

Requirements include German C1, English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong digital marketing knowledge, and proven outbound experience.

Qualifications

German at C1 level.
English at B2 level at minimum.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising platforms.
Proven experience with outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
Able to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and managing customer databases.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
