TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to support AWS business growth for the German market. You will engage with end customers, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to generate new business opportunities.

This role requires German and English fluency, sales experience, and strong relationship-building skills. You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on delivering qualified opportunities and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, inside sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer engagement and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.
• Strong organization and time management capabilities.
• Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools.
• European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customer opportunities.
• Execute outbound prospecting activities, including calls, email outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Develop Marketing Qualified Leads into validated sales opportunities.
• Support opportunity qualification and progression through AWS processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• Support demand generation and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and local sales teams.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer interactions.
• Aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets for opportunity generation and pipeline.
