Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the full sales cycle, and helping clients grow through AI-powered advertising solutions.

Fluency in German with strong English, 2–3+ years in B2B sales, and experience with Salesforce are preferred. This full-time role offers relocation support, private health insurance, and ongoing sales training in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills.
• Strong background in digital marketing and B2B sales.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• 2–3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• CRM familiarity, preferably Salesforce.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
