Ww Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international AI company. You will contact B2B clients, present AI-powered advertising solutions, and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

This on-site, full-time role offers a base salary of €30,000 plus a €5,175 target bonus, relocation assistance, private health insurance, and ongoing sales training in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level.
• English language at B2 level or higher.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and advertising platforms.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and qualifying leads.
• CRM usage experience and ability to manage sales pipeline.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via calls, emails, social selling, and inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess business requirements and present AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Own the full sales process from qualification to negotiation and close.
• Work toward sales targets and performance indicators.
• Update CRM with prospect data and interactions; coordinate onboarding.
