Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive new-business acquisition across inbound and outbound channels. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, engaging C-level stakeholders and coordinating with internal teams for onboarding and Customer Success handover.

The role requires 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), and strong CRM/ Salesforce know-how.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead qualification, and new-client acquisition.
• Confident communication and negotiation with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage B2B prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate qualified opportunities and build a healthy, consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions aligning with client goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client data in CRM.
