Tavrion Dynamics seeks a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona-based team. You’ll own the full sales cycle, acquiring new business and advising clients on AI-powered advertising solutions. The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and hitting revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2–3 years in B2B sales, fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2). Prior CRM experience and cold-calling prowess are highly valued as you help scale the company’s AI

Formación

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Strong digital marketing and B2B sales background.
• Experience with pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
• Outbound prospecting and cold calling experience.
• Self-prospecting and proactive sales approach.
• Target-driven with revenue achievement track record.
• Experience managing customer databases.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound/outbound sales, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
