Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our eCommerce solutions. You will conduct product demos, meet with clients, and guide prospects through free trials within an international team.

The role offers a hybrid model, permanent contract, onboarding and paid training, and strong internal growth opportunities. Competitive pay includes uncapped commissions and flexible benefits.

Competenze

• German language at C1/C2.
• English language at C1/C2.
• 1–6 years of sales or commercial experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong KPI-driven mindset and excellent communication.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.
• Valid work authorization and residence in Spain.

Mansioni

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide potential customers through the free trial process.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth client handover.
• Manage a high volume of outbound sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
