Cross Border Talents in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Accounts Executive fluent in German to drive the full sales cycle with EU clients. You will conduct meetings, manage trials, and hand over to Customer Experience after subscription, while maintaining high call volumes and KPI targets.

Requirements include native or bilingual German and English, 1–6 years of commercial experience, and residency in Spain. The role features on-site training for four weeks, a permanent contract, a 600 EUR monthly

Formación

• German language proficiency (native or bilingual)
• English language proficiency (native or bilingual)
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience
• Residence in Spain required (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
• Comfortable with cold-calling and KPI-driven performance
• Availability aligned with US time zone

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Manage a high volume of calls (80–100 per day) with auto-assigned leads.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
