Cross Border Talents is hiring an Accounts Executive (German Speaker) in Madrid. The role covers the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close, with client meetings, product trials, and post-subscription handover to Customer Experience. You will handle 80–100 calls daily, driven by tight KPIs and a focus on MRR growth.

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
• Mandatory residence in Spain.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zone

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
