Concentrix is seeking an Ad Sales Specialist (German-speaking) to drive revenue in Málaga within a fast-paced B2B sales team. You will manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers, consult on campaign strategy, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

You will leverage CRM and AI-powered tools to prioritize leads, build strong client relationships, and exceed monthly targets while promoting digital advertising solutions.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and outbound engagement.
• Ability to translate marketing performance data into business recommendations.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Native or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers.
• Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts.
• Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
