Doofinder is looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join its sales team and focus on the German market. This role is remote within Spain and offered as a full-time permanent contract.

You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, conduct client meetings, handle free trials, and drive KPI-based results with a base of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions; 22 days leave and flexible benefits are provided, along with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German language skills.
• Native or bilingual English language skills.
• 1–6 years of commercial or outbound sales experience.
• Based in Spain and available for US time zones.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handle account handover to the Customer Experience team.
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and MRR generated.
