Doofinder Spain is seeking an Account Executive (English-speaking) in Madrid to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close in a fast-paced, international environment.

This hybrid role starts with 4 weeks on-site in Madrid, then 50% remote after achieving 70% of target; you will handle inbound/outbound activity, hit KPI targets, and hand over accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual English proficiency (US English accent) with experience in outbound sales.
• Must reside in Spain; no relocation provided.
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience (BDR/SDR/outbound).
• Comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Hand over accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Work efficiently with auto-assigned leads and high-volume outbound calls (80–100/day).
• Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
