EG Hire Global in Madrid, Spain is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle for the German market, conduct product demos, and guide prospects from trials to paid subscriptions.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of €30,000 with uncapped commissions and a clear career path to AE2 (€35,000) and AE3 (€40,000). Hybrid work with initial on-site training and 22 days of paid leave, plus travel expense

Formación

• Fluent German language required.
• Experience in selling or AE role preferred.
• Hybrid work setup with on-site training in Madrid.

I'm currently looking for German-speaking professionals to join an international team as an Account Executive in Madrid, Spain.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for the German market.
• Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary.
• Monthly commission target: €600.
• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 09:00–18:00
• Friday: 09:00–15:00
