Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid, Spain. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid work model with on-site training in Madrid and clear career progression to AE2/Ae3 levels.

You will manage the full sales cycle for the German market, handle inbound and outbound activities, present product demos, guide trials to subscriptions, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth journey. Base 30k EUR plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for the German market

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary


• Monthly commission target: €600


• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers


• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers


• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base)

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00


• Friday: 09:00–15:00
