Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for the German market, handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales, and conduct product demonstrations.

The position is hybrid after on-site training, with a €30,000 base salary, €600 monthly commission target, uncapped upside, a quarterly top-performer bonus, and a defined career path to AE2 (€35,000) and AE3 (€40,000).

Responsibilities

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary


• Monthly commission target: €600


• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers


• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers


• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base)

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00


• Friday: 09:00–15:00
