bsport is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer to strengthen the team for a short-term project and increase delivery capacity. You will build intuitive React interfaces for onboarding and self-service, enabling new customers to start with minimal internal support.

Join the Ops Engineering team to automate workflows, integrate with Notion, Zapier, HubSpot and Slack, and deliver high-quality features within a tight timeline.

Formación

• Proven experience building front-end apps using React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Redux for state management.
• Ability to quickly become productive in an existing codebase with limited onboarding.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer to strengthen the team for a short-term project and increase our delivery capacity.

You’ll work on customer onboarding and self-service initiatives, building intuitive React interfaces that allow new customers to get started with bsport with less dependency on our internal teams.

This is a hands‑on mission where you’ll need to become productive quickly, work autonomously, and deliver high-quality features within a short timeframe.

About the team

You’ll join our Ops Engineering team, whose mission is to enable bsport’s growth and efficiency through technology.

The team builds internal and customer-facing tools that help bsport employees work more efficiently, automate repetitive workflows, and scale our operations. This includes:

• Simplifying the onboarding experience for new customers, including data migration and platform discovery
• Automating workflows and repetitive tasks for internal teams
• Integrating with third-party platforms such as Notion, LLM providers, Zapier, HubSpot and Slack
• Providing technological solutions to support the growth and scaling of bsport’s different departments

What will be your impact:

You’ll contribute to several onboarding and self-service projects, including:

• Building a wizard-style onboarding form that guides users through the initial setup process
• Developing a self-onboarding flow allowing new customers to sign up and get started without going through the back-office
• Developing and extending our self-serve migration capabilities, helping customers migrate their data independently
• Contributing to the self-serve app release experience
• Implementing designs using our internal design system and ensuring a consistent user experience
• Collaborating closely with the Ops Engineering team to ship features quickly and reliably

You would be great fit if you have:

• Strong experience building front-end applications with React and TypeScript
• Solid experience with Redux
• Able to become productive quickly in an existing codebase and development environment
• Comfortable working autonomously with limited onboarding or training
• Strong delivery mindset and ability to move quickly without compromising code quality
• Experience building complex or multi-step user flows is a plus
• Experience working with an existing design system is a plus
• Good understanding of product requirements and ability to translate designs into high-quality, maintainable interfaces
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus
