bsport is hiring for an OpsEng engineer within the Platform Organization. You will own architecture and delivery of client onboarding and data migrations, and help scale deployments for our branded mobile apps.
You’ll design internal tooling and libraries used across engineering, and drive decisions with a focus on scalability and developer experience. We value 5+ years of Python experience, Django expertise, and hands-on Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS.
bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

We’re continuing to grow to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the world!
Join us to write the next chapter of your career!
OpsEng team is part of bsport's Platform organization, alongside SRE. We build and connect the internal tools, SDKs and automations that remove friction, simplify customer data migrations, and help every team at bsport work better and faster.
If SRE builds the house, OpsEng equips it giving each team the right custom tools to do their job well.
Own the architecture and delivery of client onboarding and data migration pipelines.
Build and scale the application deployment pipeline for bsport's branded mobile apps.
Design and maintain internal tooling and shared libraries — Django admin actions, feature flags, reusable SDKs — that other engineering teams depend on to move faster.
Drive technical decisions with an eye toward scalability, maintainability, and cross-team impact; your work will be felt across the whole engineering org, not just your squad.
Raise the bar on internal developer experience: code quality, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
You have +5 years substantial experience with Python.
You've worked with Django at a meaningful level.
You have hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Experience designing internal developer tooling or platform-layer libraries.
You communicate well, in English, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You want to lead across boundaries, and scale your impact to the organization.
Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences to help us build a more inclusive, equitable team.
If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply-curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us as specific skills.
We believe great work comes from happy, supported people-that’s why we offer meaningful perks designed to promote balance, growth, and connection.
