Hiring International Academy in Madrid is seeking a German-Spanish speaking Customer Support Agent for on-site roles in Madrid or Valencia. Start ASAP. EU citizens or those with Spanish work permits are welcome.

You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries in a fast-paced, international team. Rotating shifts in a structured 24/7 environment with full training and clear career progression.

Formación

• Fluent German (C2) and Spanish (B2) required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Must already be in Spain or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit required.
