Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a Customer Service Agent fluent in German and Spanish to deliver first‑class support from our Valencia office. The role includes handling inquiries by phone, email, or chat and logging interactions in internal systems.

Training is provided to ensure you have the tools to succeed. The position is 3‑months temporary with a strong path to permanent employment, on-site in Valencia, with a regular afternoon shift schedule and a base salary of €21,000 plus a €1,200 annual

Formación

• Fluent or native-level German and Spanish required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Valencia, Spain.
• Must be able to complete onboarding training.
