FH Collective Academy in Valencia, Spain is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent with B2-level Spanish for an on-site, 3-month temporary role with potential to become permanent.

You will handle customer inquiries in German, provide professional service, and work a balanced morning/afternoon shifts with full training before starting. Salary is €21,000 gross per year plus €1,200 SRV bonus, with total compensation up to €22,200.

Formación

• Fluent German required.
• B2 level Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Willingness to work on-site in Valencia.
