CB Talents is seeking a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Valencia team on-site. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support and resolving queries across channels in both German and Spanish.

The role requires fluency in German and Spanish (both written and spoken, C1+), prior customer service experience, and comfort working on-site in Valencia. A CRM/office tool proficiency is expected to manage customer records effectively.

Formación

• Fluent in German (written and spoken, C1 or higher).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken, C1 or higher).
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• On-site work in Valencia; EU work authorization.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM or MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain)
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools)
