Workwide, based in Málaga, Spain, seeks an ambitious Sales Development Representative to build an outbound pipeline and qualify opportunities. The role offers a clear path to Account Executive as you gain experience, with coaching from senior sales colleagues.

Initial focus is 100% on lead generation and outbound prospecting, using phone, email, and LinkedIn, before expanding to discovery, offers, and order confirmations. Hybrid work model after probation is available.

Formación

• Fluent English plus C2 German.
• Commercial background and initial sales/SDR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential clients and lead outbound outreach.
• Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations and book intro meetings.
• Qualify leads and manage a strong pipeline in CRM.
• Keep CRM up to date and support sales operations.
• Support discovery and follow-up meetings, and assist in offers and agreements.
