Formación

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (full relocation support provided).
• Previous sales, customer service, or commercial experience is a plus — motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential clients within the German market.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to consistently hit targets and KPIs.
